First, log into your Facebook account.
Click the button that is at the top-right of the screen.

Find “Ignore” that is at the left side of the screen.

Find “Block Users”

You will see “Block Users”. Find the user that blocked you, right click on its name and click “copy the address”.
Open a new tab on your browser and paste it on the address field. After you paste the address, delete the part after “?” symbol.
Write “messages” after address. Finally your address should be like that:
Press enter and you can send message to the user who blocked you.
If you have any problem, you can write it as a comment. You will be able to send messages to the users that blocked you.
